Spoiler Alert: The Weather Doesn’t Always Cooperate (And That’s OK)

I recently booked a perfect campsite a whole month in advance. I planned every detail: packed the snacks, prepped the gear, even remembered bug spray.

Then it rained.

And rained.

We came prepared and set up under canopies and tarps. We didn't hike or play in the lake, like we planned. We watched our perfect campsite turn to mud. And you know what? We had the best time. We laughed, we adjusted, we played games under a canopy, we roasted s'mores, and when it got really squishy… we packed up early, and went home with plans to try again another weekend.

And that, my friend, is exactly the kind of energy I’m bringing into my Class of 2026 Senior Season.

No matter how much we plan—outfits, locations, golden-hour lighting—sometimes Mother Nature (or a sudden case of nerves) has her own ideas. And that’s okay! Because some of the best moments happen in the unexpected.

We’ll dance around puddles if we have to. Or reschedule if needed. Either way, your senior’s personality is going to shine through. Rain or shine, we’ll capture it beautifully—and have a great time doing it.

Senior session spots are officially open! Book now to snag your ideal date (before they're all washed away… just kidding, kind of 😉).
